Beim Abendessen im Kerzenschein kosten Sie traditionelle regionale Gerichte. Je nach Verfügbarkeit bieten wir Ihnen Lebensmittel aus dem Gemüsegarten von unserer Köchin Giulia sowie Fleisch von Tieren aus Weidehaltung an. Auf jedes Gericht wird eine Weinsorte von Val d’Illasi abgestimmt, wie ausgezeichneter Soave, geschmackreicher Valpolicella und einzigartiger Recioto.

Dinner with “km 0” local products

A private and candlelight dinner where you will taste our traditional food. According to the season and disponibility, we will offer products from our chef’s garden and meat from animals raised in pasture respecting all stages of growth. Each dish will be accompanied by a wine from our valley, such as the excellent Soave, the rich Valpolicella and the particular Recioto.

From the afternoon until sunset, among olive groves and vineyards, you will find a cozy blanket, cushions and a box full of delicious “km 0” local products, in peace and tranquillity, all accompained by a bottle of sparkling white wine.

Una cena appartata al lume di candela in cui vi faremo assaggiare pietanze della tradizione. A seconda della disponibilità proporremo prodotti dell’orto della nostra cuoca Giulia e carni da animali allevati al pascolo rispettando tutte le fasi di crescita.
