Beim Abendessen im Kerzenschein kosten Sie traditionelle regionale Gerichte. Je nach Verfügbarkeit bieten wir Ihnen Lebensmittel aus dem Gemüsegarten von unserer Köchin Giulia sowie Fleisch von Tieren aus Weidehaltung an. Auf jedes Gericht wird eine Weinsorte von Val d’Illasi abgestimmt, wie ausgezeichneter Soave, geschmackreicher Valpolicella und einzigartiger Recioto.
